Skyr bowl with peanut butter and Ísey Skyr vanilla

Ingredients

80 g coarse oates

200 ml milk

3 tbs Ísey Skyr vanilla

1 tsp honey

2 tbs peanut butter

¼ salt

2 tbs chia seeds

Banana

Cocoa nib

 

Directions

  1. Blend oates, milk, skyr, honey, peanut butter, salt and chia seeds together in a bowl and stir until everything has blended well together
  2. Pour the blend into two glasses and keep in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 4 hours
  3. Add one tbs of vanilla skyr, sliced banana and coca nibs on the top
