Matcha bites

About 15 pieces

  • 170 g Ísey skyr vanilla
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon. chiafræ
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 1 tsk. Coconut oil
  • 2 tsk. matcha powder

 

 

  1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and mix them together with Ísey skyr and chia seeds.
  2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on baking paper for each piece and put in the freezer for an hour or longer.
  3. Next, melt the white chocolate, thin it with coconut oil and stir well before adding the matcha powder and stirring again.
  4. Dip each piece in the chocolate — it’s good to use two forks — and place the pieces back on the baking paper.
  5. It’s best to store the bites in the freezer, but they also keep well in the fridge for a few days.
