Fluffy Dinner Rolls
Yield: 16 rolls
- 640 g flour
- 1 packet instant yeast (12 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 g Ísey Skyr natural
- 80 g butter (room temperature)
- 2 eggs (+ egg wash)
- 170 ml warm water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Combine all ingredients except egg wash in a bowl of a stand mixer.
- Attach the dough hook and run on low speed for few minutes.
- Transfer dough to a lightly greased bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rise for 1,5 hours.
- Divide the dough and form 16 rolls. Cover with a kitchen towel again for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 200°C, brush the rolls with the egg wash.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden.
