Skyr snack

Ingredients (one serving)

  • 250 g Ísey Skyr plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or 10 g
  • 1 tablespoon syrup or 10 g
  • 100 g frozen berries

Method

  • Blend the skyr, peanut butter and syrup together in a bowl
  • If you use Ísey Skyr vanilla you don’t need the syrup
  • Add baking paper to the bottom of a a bowl or dish and distribute the blend evenly over. Try to have the blend not to thick. 5 mm is optimal.
  • Add the raspberries on top and put into freezer for 2ö3 hours
  • Take the recipe out and cut into small pieces
